Technological audit
HTBI – Burgas provides its later-stage incubated companies, as well as external companies, with the service of technological audit. Technological audit is a formalized procedure evaluating potentialities of operating companies’ performance improvement, through the optimization of the production processes, condition optimization using existing equipment and through the introduction of new technologies and processes.
The technological audit includes a systematic study of the technological assets of the company and the opportunities for introduction of innovative products and identification of the demands of the companies for the adoption of new technologies. The technological audit is carried out by Bulgarian university scientists and technological experts.
Business consultations
HTBI offers a pack of services to its later – stage client ventures:
Business consultations: market and competitive analysis, financial planning, business planning, legal, accounting and financial consultations, identification of sources of funding.
Marketing support: identification of innovative results’ potential and their linkage with innovative product markets.
Up-to-date information about innovations, markets, investments, etc.
Funding: - Sources of funding for start-ups; - Venture capital funding - Opportunities for obtaining financial support under the national operational programs and under the EU horizontal programs - Network of sources of funding, international programs and management of investment and/or financial flows in benefit of the incubatees
Technological support: - Technology evaluation and forecasts - Cooperation in the technology- related decision- making process, marketing analysis and evaluation of technology and innovation projects, access to the latest technology information
Business training
HTBI – Burgas organizes and carries out trainings in cooperation with Bulgarian universities and organizations for professional qualification, for the start-up companies and the later- stage entities, as well as for scientists, researchers, students and entrepreneurs. The range of the training programs includes: - Establishment of start-up and spin- off companies - Management of innovative ventures - Preparation, development and management of projects funded by the EU - Intellectual property
